Solution to infinix note 4 apps closing by themselves.
There are 2 things you can do
1. Go to xmanager, go to settings, go to auto clean up. you can turn it off there or protect some apps from closing

2. when the app is open, press the current apps button then use the padlock icon and lock the app and it won't close again

I need help with my note 4 pro. If I dial a number, the receiver's phone will ring but mine wouldn't ring. I can't hear the receiver but he or she can hear me.
If someone calls me all will be fine, no problem.

The button on the left of the home/fingerprint button, the one for minimizing apps, press the button and you will see the minimized apps. You will notice a little padlock icon on top of each app. Tap on the icon to either lock or unlock an app. Locking an app means it won't close again even if you mistakenly swipe it off

just move the downloaded music files from uc browser folder to music folder under file manager, then refresh Playlist.
