Please people in the house, can one get a GA or scholarship through GRE alone? Or must the scholarship come from GRE and TOEFL

While you can be funded with only GRE alone, most schools will require TOEFL. In addition, most funding comes in the form of teaching assistantships. You will be expected to instruct native speakers in one form or another, therefore a good TOEFL score, especially in the speaking section, really strengthens your application. It is also the easier of the two exams.

She is so right unfortunately Twood is also right. I cant remember how many rejection mails i have gotten due to the fact im not looking for sponsorship as i have my EAD. Almost every application i have filled will be saying "are you authorised to work in the US OR will you require visa sponsorship now or later in the future?"

Some will even say "There is no visa sponsorship for this program".

Why are you so concerned about this ban ? As long as you didn't use 'Oluwole', then you shouldn't be asking such question. However, if you have some 'cockroaches in your cupboard', you'll definitely be notified by mail to come pick up your passport/love letter. Hopefully, you don't get arrested(if and only if you used a fake SOA).

If you are a graduate, why do you want to write SAT? You can go for a second degree though, but depends on your age, because the VO will look into that in determining your eligibility for student visa. You need to sit down, plan carefully and go for the best option available to you.
Try to understand what you are getting into. Dream to study abroad is not all there is; there are prices to be paid.
