So i had this phone interview Bosch representative for over 30 mins. The discussion was going smoothly and when the lady messed up and i was so annoyed.

Lady : are you authorised to work in the united state?
Me : Yes

Lady : Will you require sponsorship now or later in the future?
Me : No. Im authorised to work for any employer in the united state.

Lady: on your Cv, what have you been doing since 12 months ago?
Me: That was when i came to united states and .

Lady: ( Cuts my speech) So you will need a sponsorship for this work
Me : No, I am authorised to work in the united state

Lady : What class of Visa did you come in with?
Me : F1

Lady: which means you dont have authorization to work in the US
Me : i have the authorization

She started lecturing me aggressively saying i will need a sponsorship for the job.

I simply told her saying "If you dont know about something, you simply ask"

Lady : Well you are not qualified for this post
Me : Whataver and have a nice day

I was so disappointed that a representative of the company doesn't know much and yet she claims she knows only for me to get a regret email 30 seconds later lol

I thought you said you have adjusted your status in your previous posts cos as a F1 holder,you are NOT authorised to work full time job in the US.
Don't even bother applying for these kind of jobs again until you have successfully adjusted your status cos you could even be reported to DHS.

My Ead(adjustment of status) wasnt connected to studies but marriage.

I didnt apply to the job as a f1 visa holder buy as an "alien authorised to work for any employer in the united state" without any restrictions.

The airline knew all these procedures. I was asked fkr my employment authorisation which i provided

I told her i adjusted and i have my proof of work authorization hence she asked what type of visa i had. I didn't want to be rude by saying it has nothing to do with my job application as i have already adjusted my status. She started lecturing hence my statement you should simply ask what you dont know.

The airline asked me if i am authorised to wotk in the US and i said Yes and asked for my work authorisation which i provided, looked at the date and said when you have your green card or renew your ead, let us so as update your records. Very simple.
