I made this for the first time yesterday. Ila dindin (fried Okra), people from Ikare Akoko axis of Ondo state can relate. Hubby is from that side and has been making it since we got married. We had it with pounded yam yesterday and fufu just now.

I eat a lot. I can have two cheese burgers with large fries and still get home an hour later and eat this. If I dont eat proper food, then do know I have some biscuits and fruits to pass time. I love food.

So this is my first time posting. I made this from my kitchen. Home made banana and chocolate smoothie.
I love banana's but its sometimes too sweet for me . So I turned down the sweetness with a little bit of cocoa powder. The result is......... . #explorer.

From right......1. Its red beans and peas on mayonaise
2. Homemade beetroot (boil the beet, grate, mix it with mango chutney and white vinegar) Noami14
3. Potatoes mixed with belle peeper, boilled eggs and lihm (its a homemade sweetened mayonaise.....forgot the english word)
