my advice to you is that never trust anyone you meet online to do business with them, i really appreciate your offer but ill decline for reasons best known to me, If you will consider the mini suparmarkt, here is my advice, paint your shop with a white paint, the door should be painted yellow, you have no idea how these two colours together attract customers lol. You may find the agric business difficult, if you need enlightenment on it, i will tell you from brooding stage to table meat, but make sure you don't go into crop production invest into poultry or fishery or snailery, the profit is mouth watering. Goodluck, don't waste your money. don't give it to people telling you they have this and that come and invest with them, If you succeed, never forget to quote me, I'll be on nairaland for the next 3years lol

2months before selling them, meet buyers, go to eatries, hotels schools etc, make sure you look for buyers 2months before they reach table size, i hope this help
