Why is the IELTS speaking test recorded? Is it assessed by a different examiner later?

There are several reasons it is recorded:

Security. Recording the test ensure it’s integrity. It prevents possible corruption like offers of bribes.

Evaluation. A significant percentage of interviews will be examined again by another examiner. If there is a big discrepancy between these scores then they may be evaluated by a third examiner.

Contested results. Candidates can pay extra to have their whole test re-evaluated. In this case the speaking test will be examined again

Examiner evaluation and training. Examiners are tested several times a year and the interview is evaluated to see if the score is correct and if the examiner carried out the test in the correct way. It may also be used for training new examiners.

It’s like they now like to set confusing questions for Essay which i think is responsible for recent low writing scores. Double questions don’t usually ask for your opinion but ask two direct question twice but with questions like “ is it a positive or negative trend?”....IDP IS KUKUMA THERE TO GIVE THEM A GOOD RUN FOR MONEY AND CHECKMATE ALL THEIR EXCESSES.

It was same question with IDP, I wrote a 5 paragraph essay sef, na only God know watin them they look for, had to put everything inside, anything them dey find them go see, the one dem no need make them by themselves cancel am. I pray it wasn't over sabi that got hold of me.

People come and see my life, my ielts result was lrsw: 9,9,7.5,6.5. Hot tears mehn, the difference in my crs score is 420 with this result and 478 with a 7 in writing. I got a Masters from UK last year and i have my certificate. I have not worked since then. I only worked after my undergraduate. .
N/B: I am confused because a friend told me if i use Masters then work experience has to be one i have done after i finished Masters.

Guys, please pardon me if i am taking you backwards. Please bear with me. I am a bit confused with which result to evaluate with WES. I got a Masters from UK last year and i have my certificate. I have not worked since then. I only worked after my undergraduate. With my Masters i will have a CRS of 470 and with my BSc and PGD i will have a CRS of 463. Please kindly advice on which i can evaluate. Evaluating just my Masters will be really smooth as my school will respond swiftly.
Please i need your humble response.
