people are not saying Tobi should not air his grievances, people are saying "it is not every grievance you should air"

No be every quarrel man go join, and Tobi is yet to learn the art of detaching one's self from unnecessary drama. He tries, but a lot of times, he is overcome by some need to talk when he should be quiet.

Then Nina tells Tobi ceec said he was the one that started the division in the house, Tobi is surprised and denies this, saying he only decided to start working out with miracle, Alex and lolu later joined, maybe that's the division ceec meant.
As they were still talking, ceec walked in and on hearing her name started shouting, that why are they all against her, she now tells Alex to say whatever she wants to say now, but when Alex starts trying to explain they were not talking about her, she shuts up and they end up throwing tantrums, ceec walks out and says when they're ready for meeting they should call her.
In all these miracle just kept silent. Tobi kept walking out and walking in
Then a tone plays, and they start acting out an earlier task that involves them forming pairs, hugging your pair, and telling them something good about them.
