Again not totally correct. Sometimes you get better rate from the secondary market (considering tenor and some other factors)

That will be awesome, though i started buying from 13.75 as its going down bought some at 13.15 today as well since its difficult to time this market.

Anyone who wishes to buy Treasury Bills but does not have up to N50 million must buy through a bank in the secondary market.

Whatever First bank is allowing you to buy at N100k is secondary market.

And the interest rate for N100k, isn't same for N1m, or N10m.

You are very wrong sir, it is obvious you don't have a First Bank account and you have never bought Treasury Bills through them.
