recession was during buari government but indicators that caused it started during jonathan govt but most of the people just don't want to know the reason behind it. Inability of the govt to spend during the raining period on infra structural facilities is one of the factors. Investors decline in raising economy activities is also another factor.financial crisis is another major determinant because looting of public fund was rain of the day during okonjo era.
