Pep is an outstanding coach if you'll agree with me. He's a coach that sees so much in a player who might not see so much in himself, take for instance... Jesus. This guy wasn't that good in front of goals but when pep started coaching him, you could see the obvious result.

Now pep knows so much that the psychological wellbeing of his players is very important... I tell you what

I don't know if you know this but most players/athletes meditate for almost hour(s) before a contest so as to keep their mind relaxed and concentrated. Now these players were psychologically, prepared for Liverpool only to experience a distortion in their mental wellbeing.

Liverpool were leading 4-1 against City 70+' into the match... Still, Man City weren't erratic but remained calm, scored one and another one... If they had more two minutes, they'd have equalized and if they had 5 more minutes, they'd have won them.

Could you believe that City couldn't net just a goal away from home against Liverpool?? I mean, they aren't the best of defenders. Something obviously went wrong with their psychology. How could they beat city 1st half into the match 3-0?? Was their defence too poor?? No!! They lost concentration.

Talking about fast paced attack and leaving defence out won't tally well. Man City's attack and defence is good and can only be broken by a faster paced attack but you could shot yout team in the leg when carrying out an attack and your back is shitty leaving so much spaces for a counter.

If Liverpool is gonna be defending all through, where would the foot fleeted attackers come from to create chances? What happens when you try to create chances and then a good defensive line blocks and carry out a reprisal attack??

Football is chess oga. Coaches think like chess masters and try to pass on possible loopholes. Pep knows what he's gonna do to qualify. Trust me.
