It was an interview and they were called in one by one and asked questions on their rersearch.

In my experience, first class has its own score. 2:1 has its own score. 2:2 has its own score. They kept asking me if I made a 2:1 even as my certificate was still in their hands. I wonder why. They don't even read the SoPs with all the effort one had put in to develop them. When will they read them to see details? Other parametres are still used as yardsticks
