Please house what should an intern expect when a firm is converting an internship into a full employment. Although is a graduate intern and beside have been entitled to a monthly pay/allowance but have never presented my academic result but the firm is aware about my academic qualification.
Pls experienced Nairalanders/Hr i need vital information regarding the conversion in terms of:

1) Welfare package (like % increase in salary and other necessary information.

No 2 firms are the same so what may be done by one will not necessarily be done by the other...

However what is unique is the benefits you will be introduced to. Therefore, your conversion from intern to full time employment will come with added benefits, which may include; salary increment, health benefits, pension, transport/ clothing/ feeding allowances, and other company perks.

What you can do is have a discussion with the HR personnel at your firm to be certain of what is to come.
