Print out the PANTS rule, paste it on a wall in your house, recite it to your kids always until it becomes registered in their hearts.

I bet you won't like aversion o. At least not this type of my own. If I'm repulsed by food, at least I shouldn't feel hungry na. But imagine always feeling hungry and not being able to just eat what every other member of the family is eating. Yours must be imported from far places.

Same here. Since i recovered from ms, I've been suffering food aversion too, till now at 33wks. All the things i wish to eat are not available in this country. I just ensure i eat at least 3 or 4 times a day. I just force myself to eat what is available, whether balance diet or not. I have the worst aversion for fruits. God help us

Wemmy na little by little. Glad you're almost at the finishing line. I learnt that whatever we eat (so long as they're not harmful), babies take the very best of it and leave us with the remnant. I just believe it's God that sustains us. Because the way our babies' body parts form, we don't even know. We just know that in 9months a complete human being has been formed. Miracle I tell you. So if I feel like eating ijebu garri with ice block and plenty milk with groundnut, I'll eat. At least that one is readily available...plenty story
