nkwuocha:I am dead sure you are referring to 'Half of a Yellow Sun', the movie adaption of Ngozi Chimamanda Adichie's book. Why the first release was banned and heavily censored because the difference between the first release and 'Fifty Shades of Grey' is the BDSM act in the latter. It deviated from the main message and focused more on nudity and sex. Sadly, the movie in itself is only half truth of the whole saga, since the producer(s) was(were) crafty enough to shield the devilish Ojukwu as he was caught bragging on tape that he had enough fire power to cripple Nigeria at the time. Of course, AP journalists were not convinced but he maintained his stance, claiming he was born ready for the war (see AP Biafran War archives on YouTube). Sad still was that Ojukwu rejected foods and resources from foreign countries, particularly from the UN because they refused he used the air crafts meant for distributing food and relief materials in smuggling weapons in the same war he claimed he was born ready for. https://www.google.com.ng/amp/s/www.premiumtimesng.com/news/103624-u-s-blames-ojukwu-gowon-for-biafras-starvation-deaths.html/amp In the end, people starved, Ojukwu grew fat during the war, children died, his lived and he eventually ran to Abidjan after unnecessary denying the people he meant to lead food. His kids are seen fat as shown below. Guess what? Ojukwu returned a better Nigerian, contested for the seat of the President, the same he fought against which saw him lead nearly 3 million lives to their death. If you are capable of reasoning deep, you'd hate Ojukwu and his generation like your life depends on it, but you won't because you are not capable of seeing the true picture. PS: Picture below is Ojukwu with his two super important kids after he touched down in Abidjan. 17 Likes 2 Shares

nkwuocha: Business men who run to Yoruba land to trade because they know that is the only place they can prosper. You are pained. I won't be surprised if you guys secretly wished you were Yorubas. Just read your comment again and tell me if it has any bearing on the subject of this thread, genocide in RWANDA. That's exactly why you guys will always remain third class citizens in your own country. Crying and whining like cry babies over virtually everything. You even go as far as blaming Buhari for the execution of Igbo drug dealers in far away Malaysia. If not that I've met some sensible Igbos offline, I'd think all of you were batty. You can insult Yorubas, but you can't take away from them the fact that they accommodate you in their society. That's superiority. 10 Likes 1 Share |

nkwuocha: When Ojukwu killed Nigerian troops and headed towards Ore, what will you call that? There are civil ways to achieve a referendum. We keep telling you but it seems you guys are a lil bit slow. Go and listen to Nnamdi Kanu's hate speeches, watch him putting together a ragtag army on YouTube, then come back and we'll have this discussion. 1 Like |

nkwuocha: You better move on or better still take the vegeance upon yourself and kill those that murder your forefathers in cold blood, why planning to mount the pressure of war you yourself cannot fight on the innocent unborn child and grand child? Can you now see that you are very wicked and self centered. You will be mongering war and still you cannot kill ordinary mosquito. Sir Ojukwu absconded when war was at its peak and left the gullible to be wasting their blood. Oh Kanu who was asking Bafrans to lay down their life for the agitation too is now somewhere in Ghana enjoying the life of his head. You better wake up and move on, your mumu suppose don do by now. Imagine Asari Dokubo upon all his fierce agitation for the Niger Deltans, now all his investment are in Cotonou none of them is in his state including the University. You better wake up from your slumber and fight for your own survival. Insult is allowed. 6 Likes 2 Shares |

kstyle2: is it not in the same Nigeria that bank will grant a young entrepreneur loan, they will still divert the loan to something else & kill d business on arrival and still go ahead to blame d government for their failure. Banks granting loans of high interest rate is something else its not helping d economy at all. Even federal government loans that has low interest rate, some beneficiaries still find it very difficult to pay back when they have the resources to payback so who do we blame? the government d economy or its corrupt citizens? |

Gory sights I must say. But what has happened 24 years after? Rwanda has become a nation for many investors. They have a functional airline competing on an international scale. The roads are clean. They don't use plastic bags. They are conservative, The present government is progressive. This is similar to the aftermath of apartheid in South Africa. What did Nigeria make out of the Biafra War in 1966? Why would a Nigerian wish for another war? 2 Likes 1 Share |

Ode oshi. You are attracted to our seaports in Ibadan, Ogbomosho, Ekiti, Akure and other hinterlands of Yoruba land where you and your family are scraping a living abi? Keep lying to yourselves. It is you and your siblings who are bastards. I mean, if you who were produced in a baby factory don't know who sired you, doesn't that make you a bastard? Omo ale jatijati. Ko ni ragba fun awon to ni e lae. You bring your filthy selves all the way from the east, you get here and start raising your bony shoulders in pride and arrogance. Egbin gbuun. Third class citizens. Wake up buddy! You guys record the second highest in stunted growth in Nigeria. Even without war your children just like many in the North are suffering from malnutrition. Helloooo! You guys are not eating well and has got a lot of deficiencies. Why I bother to respond to frustrated human beings like you here beats me. Why are you describing your family members here online? Aren't you the ones screaming marginalization and freedom? So who is the third class citizen? If you were first class citizens would you be agitating for Biafra or be crying about marginalization? You only get what your Yoruba and Hausa masters deem fit for you. You can go hang yourself if you don't like it. Na mind them take they find money. I prefer drugs in Malaysia than hacking off innocent heads going about their daily activities.Ritual murder will never stop in the SW. Even your highly places elites patronize them well, hell! Many of your security men in government fortify themselves with the dust from human skulls. *spits * I believe you weren't born during the era of Otokoto and Clifford Orji, the "mad man", Go and ask your father if you can locate his whereabouts to teach you a lil history boy. All those empty houses in Anambra built with blood money, you think we aren't aware of them? Why won't you prefer drugs after all the common saying in your region is "any way na way". Bunch of hapless money worshippers.
The only place in the SW that is good is Lagos. Mumu. Is that why your folks are abound all over Yoruba land? Scrounging a living in Osun state, Oyo, Ogun, Info and other parts of Yoruba land? No matter what, every single part of Yoruba land is far better than the entirety of your region. Nobody leaves a place of prosperity to go to a place if lack and want. Except you are a missionary. Lol.
Lol. It's OK. I know you will deny this vehemently. But we have Igbos who bear Yoruba name. I'm sure you speak a little Yoruba sef. It's better to be a second class citizen in Yoruba land than a third class citizen in Nigeria or a classless citizen in the East. But you are slaves. Who cries for freedom if not slaves? Oga, we don't want to carry plates like the almajiris. I know. You are moving forward into Afonja land to enjoy what Afonjas are enjoying. Soon, we will give you your Biafra so that we can watch you do visa scam as you try to come back into Afonja land. Omoluabi indeed! Who is Tinubu? Go and learn Yoruba history and realize that while your ancestors were still hanging upside down naked from trees, the Yorubas already had kingdoms. All you do is worship money in all forms. Your development and your values are still tied to basic primitive acquisition of money. That's why you'll do anything to get rich. So that your fathers back at home can bow down for you. Hopefully you've learned a thing or two about virtue "omoluabi" from the Yorubas. BTW, go and read the history of the genocide that this thread is based on and you'll see that you Igbos e walking the same path. Nuff said. 2 Likes
