I had similar problem last week, I recharged my bet9ja account via my Skye mobile app, the money was deducted but didn't reflect in my account, immediately I called there customer line, they asked me to screenshot the debit alert and send it to them , I did, after like a week, nothing all they say is exercise patient, about three days ago, I saw there message that they couldn't trace the error from there side, I should visit my bank and complain, I went to my bank yesterday, I was told to fill a cash detract form, I was told it will take minimum of 7 working days if actually they will refund the money, you can also follow the steps I took.
