Slot is the wrongest place in the world to do any form of repair except you have a warranty on your device. I once told a bold 5 their many year ago and was told the device was condemned, only to pay #600 and get in fixed in Otigba....

Never, ever in your life go there? Even if they can fix it, they will charge you times 80, the amount to fix anything you are fixing. So it is not even wise to use that place to price cost of repair....

I don't know about 3c hub but slot's customer service is terrible. I don't know where they got those rude girls that know next to nothing about phone specs.

If you like your money stay away from slot. I cant type anythingbfor 3chub, i haven't been there but slot is rubbish. Even their phone may be fake. Around March i bought tekno k7plus and the battery was bad. I went their to complain about it and the useless girl forming customer care that does not know anything about phone was just telling me trash that the phone is okay. Phone that my fnd is usiing and her battery is like nokia's own. Their laptops are bad. I have two friends who bough laptop from them and they are not making use of it anymore. Slot is septic tank, the only device wey still dey okay for their na power bank..
