me, apologise to him?

He is not worth my apology. He was not worth the time I unfortunately gave him and he is not worth my apology.

Mujtahida, I am already forgetting this unfortunate incident, don't drag me back, please.

You were kuku present when he started with the hostilities. It was my error that I responded to him at all, I should have left him to his frustration rather than engage him and allow my anger lead me.

My mistake, it will never happen again

But I will NEVER apologise to a man who neither has respect for people's parents or for the dead. He has nothing

Let God grant him the grace to see parenthood, and long life to see his kids grow into adults. He will have a new found respect for parents by then..... Let God just grant him that grace, because we do not all get it.

I can only persuade you. It would be a rare act of grace and really heartwarming if despite his insult to your parents you do apologise to him cos like it's been said the umpteenth time na you throw the first salvo. But I can only persuade you.

I didn't want it to happen this way that's why I quickly intervened this morning but here we are till now on the issue.

Going forward whenever someone on this thread says something to you in a tone or with words you don't like do be gracious enough to first tell that person that you don't like the tone or the word. At least give the person the benefit of the doubt.

Crazy as it may sound I learnt a thing or two about online behaviour from that crazy man called NwaAmaikpe. Once he makes his weird comments on any thread if you like insult him from morning till night he no go answer you. I said to myself if NwaAmaikpe can ignore, why not me?

Endeavor to do the Needful by apologizing to Everyone on the Thread pls. Also it won't harm you if you apologize (to her) for bringing her Parents into it.

Trust me it won't hurt or harm you in anyway. You only need to bury your Ego and Temperament for few Seconds.

PS: You are only apologizing for the Red-Line you viciously crossed, other Jabs ain't calling for Apologies.

Seconded,dt gesture alone could alter d teams unity.

Perhaps,it could alter it....perhaps it could enhance it...Mikel is humble. If the team agrees...it could work...there is this feeling you have when playing and you know that your goalie is a cat. And to top it,he can stop penalty kicks....that s why i also support the inclusion of that Dele Eiyenugba...at least with two of them we are assured, after 120minutes,that one or two penalty kicks SHALL be stopped.

Enyeama can be a team leader without being captain. His age and experience will naturally make him a leader. I also think he will help the defensive combo of Ekong and Awaziem which sometimes suffers from a lack of leadership.

you know who I've been praying to be like recently?

I don't know if you are familiar with Big Brother, but there is a housemate there, Miracle, he has one of the best reactions to provocation. He never loses his cool

The ability to be calm in the face of hostility is alien to me. I have never been able to do that, I flare up, I attack, I use harsh words, I make a big tantrum even. That is who I am as a person, I attack at the slightest show of hostility because, funny enough, I have continually been disregarded, unappreciated and overlooked in this life. So, that attack is my defense

I always say here that anger is a draining feeling, I know because it is a feeling I am very familiar with. Some months ago I advised Supernerd to choose his battles, did I not? Now, look at you giving me that advise

Nobody is saying anything I am not familiar with or would not tell someone else, but like I always tell a friend of mine, I am very good at giving other people good advice, I just haven't learnt to take my advice

I try everyday to work on my temper. It is not a trait I am particularly proud of, but you cannot shed all of you at a go, can you?

Like I said, I will not apologise to Andrew, he crossed the line insulting my late mother and by extension, relinquished whatever rights he had to an apology. I have apologised to people I crossed a line with, difficult as it may be for me, but him? Not in this life or the next.

Good night

True..

The difference between Enyeama and Rufai is that Enyeama is still training (and has played a few games). Rufai was on vacation and out of shape before he was called for France 98.

Enyeama should bury whatever problem he has with the NFF guys.

Rufai was with Deportivo in 1998 though as second keeper

Balogun balling as right side of thee-man defence for Mainz against Freiburg

Enyeama s contract ends this season

He plays for Lille B team, probably third tier, he is now their first choice. He is an experienced goalkeeper.
Uzoho plays in third tier too. He is not an experienced goalkeeper

I think we can do what the French call `rapproachment` with Enyeama. We can give him the captain s band, but not the first choice goalie, let him fight with the other two goalkeepers we are taking to the world cup.

He must not be the captain to be in the team, i want him back if his fit but not the captain, I doubt that will happen with Rohr

Employ qualified trainers for goalkeepers, Bewarang tells Nigerian clubs

The current goalkeeping crisis in the Super Eagles would have been avoided if Nigerian clubs cultivated the habit of employing quality goalkeeper trainers, Nigeria Football Federation Technical Director, Bitrus Bewarang has said.

The Super Eagles have been engulfed in a goalkeeping crisis following the sudden illness of number one choice Carl Ikeme since last August, and the development has seen Coach Gernot Rohr go out in search of a worthy replacement.

Bewarang, however, believes the situation would have been avoided if Nigerian clubs and academies prioritized the development of goalkeepers and employed quality hands to train them right from the beginning.

“I think the problem we have is that our clubs don’t employ quality goalkeeper trainers. We should be churning out good goalkeepers, that is how it is supposed to be. Nigeria is too big a country to be searching for a capable replacement for the national team. If they heed this call, I think in the future we will not be in the situation we find ourselves,”
Bewarang told AOIFootball.com.

Rohr has joggled the number one position between Ikechukwu Ezenwa, Daniel Akpeyi, and recently Francis Uzoho.

However, these goalkeepers are likely candidates for the No.1 position while Alampasu, Austin Ejide, and Dele Aiyenugba are possible call-ups.
