People selling phones here are not all into those formal formal jargon, na cash and carry.

However if you're convinced your company will buy the devices, buy both power bank and phone with your money, then you can sort the formal whatever with your company. You can even make small profit sef.

Guys I really don't know why ntel sim has refused to work on my xiaomi mi Max 2. Once I power on the phone, the network will show up and disappear immediately. I have tried both sim one and 2, i have also tried to set my network to 4g only through secret code mode. Nothing seems to be making the network stay. Below is my phone detail.

You will need to install the MTP file on your system. Go to device manager and get it done there.


Device manager > ADB or Portable Devices (with yellow exclamation mark) > right click and select “Update Driver Software" > Let me pick from a list of device drivers on my computer” > “Android Device” or “Android Phone.” > MTP USB Device > Next.

Have you set the sim to lte mode only? Dial *#*#4636#*#*


Modified: I see you have done that, I had that ish too on my Redmi 5.

It is not by force, sir. You can chose to ignore the update(s).
About the listed issues not affecting your device, some features/improvements are not always included in the changelogs. My update comes weekly but I ignore the last week update till next as I dont see it worthwhile.
