Hi guys
Can anyone suggest a low tuition Community college with less requirements?

I have two on my list but they both required that I evaluate my certificate, submit Health and Clinical care documents, including POF documents before admission is offered.

I would prefer schools that only need my

SAT
WAEC
HIGH SCHOOL TRANSCRIPT
SOP.

I would really appreciate any suggestion.

Depending on the exact day of your next interview

If it between 365 days from the day in May you paid your SEVIS then you are covered and dont need to pay again..... if it more than 365 yes you need to pay another .

Assuming I got to USA with a university admission say January 2019 for spring intake but I don't have enough fund to enrol. Can I apply to a cheap community college so I don't go out of status?
1. If I can , how fast must I apply to the community college?
2. Or is it advisable I include one or two CC's when I'm applying from Nigeria, get I-20 before entering the state ?
3. With the CC I-20 in my possession, can I simply ignore the university and go enrol at the CC?

Yes you can transfer to a community college.
What you need to do is
1. Apply to the community college you wanna transfer to from Nigeria and get there i-20.
Then When you get to the State you will have to request the university you are transferring from to transfer your sevis record to the CC. Once they agree to do that. The. You are good to go.
However there are some university that will require you participate at least one semester in there school.
Make sure you check the transfer requirement of both the UNI and CC before applying.

I did that and learnt a lot from them including the challenges they faced

You do not need to pay the fee if you are re-applying for the visa within 12 months of initial payment. Since you paid last year May, it means the fee will expire this month. I guess you know what to do from what I said.
