the information is very true, I was posted to Edo state in the last batch i.e ( B 2017) stream two, I opted against going because of my work, now I've re-enrolled for this batch and the registration was simplest you can imagine, all I did was to select my preferred States and that's all.
infact I did the registration with my phone

And when the call up letter came out was it the same state you were given previously before option out? Pls I'm asking because I want to go with July batch but I love the state I'm posted too now.. Thanks

Its not true dear.

When you redeploy to a new state, your previous state will pay you for three months, after which your new state will begin to pay you.
You will also create another bank account in your new state.
