If there is nothing under downloaded_rom then you may have to download again.

It depends on what you were doing with the phone...

I got this on 9.0.5.0 with 4G on for more than half of the time and mostly watching videos but on one SIM

There are some cool themes too in the system themes app. It may not just be heavily customized as third party themes like the one we create using Miui Theme editor
