mhizcassidy001: Don't mind that northern goat my dear! There are the so called BMC (buhari media cows) you read about on Nl. Their job is to defend the president even if he kills their mothers. Their head office is in utako abuja and they are paid 30k for all the rubbish you see them do here. Buhari is aware of them as uneducated and lazy who just sit on their ass and demand 30k for typing rubbish on the Internet at the end of the month. 1 Like |

Funny Nigerians. This Post shouldn't be about Buhari or his latest comments about Nigerian Youths. It should be about STEPHANIE IFEMENAM. She's from Anambra State, attended Unizik ( first class honors), and a respectable social media personality. Lol. Abeg make I claim relationship biko; We are friends on Facebook & she even joked about laminating her Invitation letter last night. She is a busy Nigerian Youth that works and lives in Abuja, and through hardwork and talku talku has successfully carved a niche for herself. She loves marriage, but won't let any man make her lose her dreams in life. She loves shining. So guys let's celebrate her. Don't focus on PMB. For the Nigerian Youth. Please Define yourself and others will fall in line. Stephanie Ifemenam just Did. Note: If you are an Honest, Handsome, & Very Very Rich Nigerian tall guy and would like to connect with Steph, forward your credentials to VicPMP@gmail.com |
Re: Barr. Stephanie At Commonwealth Forum With Buhari, Barrow, Aisha by laudate: 6:17pm On Apr 19, 2018 |
blimeyVic: Celebrate..... who? Wait first...what do you mean by she is a social media personality? Is that one a job? What exactly does a social media personality do? And what criteria was used in selecting her to represent all the millions of Nigerian youths at the Commonwealth Summit? Most importantly, what exactly did she go there to do? Did she go there just to listen to plenty speeches, or to highlight the plight of the youths in Nigeria? 1 Like |

laudate: Good day Mr moderator, the judges, accurate time keeper, my co-debator (sic), and the audience. Ndewo nu. With the following points of mine, I stand tonight to defend my stand that Stephanie Ifemenam, our beautiful youth representative at the commonwealth summit, should be celebrated. Points: 1) lols 2) Lmao. 3) Rotflmao 4) Laugh-won-kill-me-die. Hello. As a person, I detest engaging in arguments. However, I think it's laudable to laud someone who has worked hard to be at the right place & time, & stayed focused to seize the right opportunities that life offers. Don't you think so Laudate? Last night, she tried, amid her tight schedule, to put up a post on all her social media platforms asking for opinions from well meaning Nigerian youth in order to enable her develop a speech/string of questions that would be representative as well as thoughtful. I'm sure she delivered well. Social Media personality? What do they do? What does Linda Ikeji do? How much do they earn? Is that one a job? Funny you laudate!! Quite ridiculous. Anyway, the SMP stuff is a side thingy that she engages in at her spare time, and her followers stay glued to her too. The big one is that she's an awesome barrister.; even her dad pays for her services. In summary, out of the teeming Nigerian youth/lawyers ( both connected and unconnected) she was among the two handpicked. Note: She's single and her value increases by the sec. 1 Like |

GavelSlam: He said a lot of Nigerian youths have not gone to school and they claim that being an oil producing country, they can sit on their hands and do nothing because they expect the govt to give them healthcare and education free. In other words, it is those that have not gone to school that sit on their hands, do nothing and wait for government. Now let me ask: is it only the educated ones that can get something to do and earn a living? Why did he sound like the uneducated ones deliberately refused to be educated? Why castigate those that haven't got an education and claim that those ones want to sit on their hands and do nothing? The educated ones that have got nothing doing or have lost jobs and now become dependent did they say they didn't want to work? Is it wrong or impossible for the government to provide free healthcare and education? Do some other oil producing countries not do same for their citizens and even pay them stipends without being in any form of employment? Why act like he's doing 'some' youths some kinda favour? Are u not aware that a lot have gone to the farms but yet herdsmen and hoodlums will not let them work n reap the fruit of their labour? Did he provide the enabling environment and some still came to say govt should bring everything for free? Where is the electricity, security and infrastructure for instance? 1 Like |

Re: Barr. Stephanie At Commonwealth Forum With Buhari, Barrow, Aisha by laudate: 10:54pm On Apr 19, 2018 |
blimeyVic: Guy, all this PR you are trying to do for her does not cut any ice with me. My question still stands. "What criteria was used in selecting her to represent all the millions of Nigerian youths at the Commonwealth Summit?" Just one or two sentences would do. No need for a long epistle. Tell us what exactly you mean by saying "someone who has worked hard to be at the right place & time, & stayed focused to seize the right opportunities that life offers...." See, a lot of people work hard. The butcher who sells meat at the market near my estate, also works hard. He is at the abbattoir by 5 a.m. in order to get the right meat products for sale, to his various customers who are 20 kilometres away. Now what work exactly did your Stephanie do, to gain entrance into the Commonwealth Summit, to represent Nigerian youths? You then called her a 'Social Media personality?' Is that a new job role? Last time I checked, Linda Ikeji was a mere blogger. Ok, a blogger who happened to strike it rich. She has not changed her profession since the last time I saw her, so which one is all this social media personality title, that you are waving around here? Who coined that title? And what are their duties and responsibilities? By the way, why is she just putting up a post on all her social media platforms, (only goodness knows which platforms they are!) at this late hour or last minute, after the Commonwealth Summit has started, asking for opinions from well meaning Nigerian youth in order to enable her develop a speech/string of questions? Didn't she do any background study on previous summit sessions, and design questions long before boarding a plane to the UK? And if you say she is an awesome barrister, how many cases has she filed and won on behalf of her clients? In what aspect of law did she specialise? Is she a solicitor, or a barrister, or a charge and bail lawyer? Does she specialise in admiralty law, family law, real estate, medical malpractice, intellectual property law, international law or what exactly? I do not subscribe to exaggeration. Neither should you. You said she was handpicked. Ok, handpicked by who? By singing her praises to high heavens, without any facts or figures to support her story, or any true objective data that can be used to verify her strides, you are actually doing her a great disservice. Anything built on hype, will crash like a pack of cards.... It is only a matter of time. 1 Like |

xcolanto: Why not take photos of the premises let the whole country know of their operation which for me is legal in any case. Why not go to the same Utako to picket them? Since you know them, why not shame them publicly. Or is it that you prefer to label anybody with a different opinion as BMC? |

laudate: Good Morning Laudate. Hope you slept well? Well my night was awesome; I almost overslept. I've got a client to meet by 9:15am so I wouldn't be available to reply (after this one) till 3:30pm. What Criteria? Lol. Can anyone own the least evaluated bid and win a contract if they do not tender? You see my friend, there are loads of opportunities in life, but there are no libraries that catalogue them. Back then in the university, I remember, there were brainy chaps wandering around streets in search of industrial training placement opportunities, but an average student succeeded in travelling abroad on an International IT student Transfer/Exchange Programme free of charge!! That window is still open, yet only few know about it (inbox me for details). What made the difference? Though he wasn't the best, but the R's worked in his favour and he represented "Nigerian Undergraduates". Right place, Right Time, Right info, Right preparation. Everything is not Ima mmadu!! Her area of concentration, work description, and no of cases filed and won are all perceived selection criteria that the uninitiated can't adopt. Please keep issues within the scope of this discussion and don't be too emotional about things. The pretty lady showed up and that's the most important thing. No doubt, our butcher friend works hard at the abattoir , definitely, he would exploit the opportunities that lie abound in that location. In information gathering across teams, even the last piece of detail can be a game changer. As an active team member, she tried to give her best. Ehe!! You said you needed facts & figures to support her story. Ngwa nu!! She is beautiful, popular not famous, and from a humble background. Lol. The figure is 8. In summary, the post isn't about PMB, the system for selection of representatives , or the audience (us), it's about the barrister (and her team). If you get to know her, you won't stop liking her. |
