I guess you are mixing things up. The PTDF Scholarship is in two parts. One is the PTDF Strategic Partnership with Germany, France and China. The application for this is long closed as interviews have been concluded. The second is the PTDF Scholarship to the UK. Application for this is still ongoing. It is this one that will close by 28th April.
