CSL: Ighalo Nets Four Goals In Changchun Yatai Win By Johnny Edward Odion Ighalo scored four goals for Changchun Yatai in their Saturday’s 5-2 away win at Guizhou Hengfeng in the Chinese Super League, reports Completesportsnigeria.com. The win was the second of the season for Changchun Yatai in the CSL. The 29 year old Super Eagles striker who failed to score in his previous three consecutive games, fired his side into the lead in the 24th minute from the penalty spot. Guizhou Hengfeng’s Wei Du restored parity nine minutes later but the celebration was short-lived as Long Tan scored Changchun Yatai’s second goal to hand the away team a 2-1 lead. Former Watford striker, Ighalo, made it 3-1 finishing off a pass from Tan in the 38th minute of the encounter. In the second half, Fan Wang reduced the deficit for his side scoring in the 60th minute to make it 3-2. Ighalo completed his hat-trick when he scored to make it 4-2 in the 86th minutes after he was cautioned six minutes earlier. The Nigerian bagged his fourth goal of the game in additional time of the second half. Changchun Yatai are now 10th in the Chinese Super League table with eight points from seven games. tbaba1234: Considering the current frame of things and time required for preparation, it is not likely that either of Kalu or Olayinka would displace Simon and Musa from the team. Strikers settle in faster than wingers. This is team building we are talking about. |

Martz101:You are not made of stone, are you? It takes a certain grace to say sorry which most of us lack. Sorry is the hardest word to say. For some it's like death. Tracy Chapman put it well when she sang 'sorry is all that you can't say'... I encouraged the young lady to apologise that day. She vehemently refused and swore she'd never do so. Today, as a result of deep reflection she put her pride, her pain, her inhibitions aside and said sorry regardless of what is. If that is not touching as poetically expressed by kennysville then nothing can redeem the pain and ugliness in this world. She kicks - we condemn, she apologises and people commend her- still that's no good enough for some like you as suggested by your comment above. To you it's asslicking. While condemnation walks around strutting pretty, the young woman is growing in the dark- Winning the battle over herself. One Act of true contrition humbles all whose heart still beats with human sentiments. Kennysville you expressed my mind. Salud. These are the words which nourishes our hearts: I am sorry Thank you How are you I love you. Simple words but when sincerely spoken they are invaluable gifts. I remembered when tbaba1234 showed some Act of generosity to nigerdeltaboy, it was the word of appreciation right here on this thread from the delta boy that made tbaba1234's kindness to touch our hearts cos none of us would have known. Safarigirl has done the same today and it has entered into the good books of this thread. We are saving up good memories. 12 Likes |

The question really is are the said players potentially better than the bench warmers? Are you asking the same question? Icon4s: |

Fun Stats Index on Ighalo With his four goal haul today, Ighalo becomes the 11th player in Chinese Football League history to score four times in a game. He joins Peter Utaka, Kwame Ayew, Hu Zhijun, Hao Haidong, Zoue Jie, Li Bing, Li Jinju, Elvis Scott, Eber Cucchi and Eran Zahavi in the record books. Career wise, Ighalo first achieved this feat during Watford's 7-2 thumping of Blackpool in an English Championship game on January 14, 2015. The new coach I believe. Mustapha Er... prefers Titi and Ersoy at Bursaspor's rear in recent games. And I think Shehu is benching Agu. The coach uses Shehu in the DM role... Kog45: 1 Like |
