The bitter truth is the northern have already systematically rigged this election.

I say this because the distribution of PVCs and validation of registered users is already rigged in favour of the north.
We have a case where one northern minority can own multiple PVCs by reason of multiple registration in time past but the southerners who are just waking up are being rigged out of registration by limited number of registration currently being carried out by the INEC.

This is absolutely true. It was their strategy in 2015. It is happening again. In 2015 many young Hausa/northern boys near my area in Port Harcourt "collected" their PVCs without travelling to the North. Relatives and friends were allowed to collect for people.
I on the other hand made many attempts to collect my PVC in Port Harcourt all to no avail. I went to 3 or 4 zonal offices in search of my PVC (as the INEC officers kept redirecting us to different places). Note I was not the only once. There always crowds looking for their PVCs.
The same thing is going on now. Southerns find it difficult to either register or obtain their PVCs.
