Blue3k: It is not actually a world view. Modern day Israel was founded by European Jews or Aahkanezi Jews in 1948. Jews from the Arab world or Sephadic Jews when they started coming were considered backward or more primitive than their European peers. It was how the Ashkanezi saw them. The Arab world, then and now is not as advanced as the Europe. The Sephardic Jews have now been overtaken by Ethiopian Jews.
