A friend of mine sent a package from here to Ilorin via PO for just N900 for fixing. Days later, the same package was billed N3000 when it was to be returned back to Jalingo. What are the pros and cons of unlocking bootloader, if any?

I manually downloaded the updated ROM for my phone and I intend reverting to an older stable version if the new one turns out to be unstable. However, I read the bootloader has to be unlocked before I can downgrade, hence my question above.

PS: I'm currently on 9.2, but would revert to 8.2 (already downloaded previously) if the 9.5 turns problematic.

You can downgrade your ROM and root to tweak your device. Disadv is your phone will be less secured eg. Find Me feature of your phone will be disabled.

What mistake exactly? I prefer black front panels because they cover the bezels very well and they look more pleasing to my eyes. There is no difference in price, it's the resellers that Jack up the price of black colors because they know it's in high demand. So they are making no loss for offering to send the black colour.
