Was it due to total stoppage of masturbation or was there any other means applied by you..like herbs, drugs or fruits..

just seeing this. Sorry man about your plight. I felt same way because I used to be like that. I serviced all day for years. You can google up remedies. That's what I did but I didn't take drugs.


Some things I did was: limit the intake of sugar, avoid hot places I usually stayed for the act, take some bananas, exercise etc. But in all, doing the act less and not for too long makes one regain strong erection (though not a totally hard one)
