FO untamed!!!
That is to tell you that their is more to the market than FA, TA and analysis/paralysis. Some analyst here were dissuading someone from buying FO about 3 weeks ago. Well, all is well, we are only saying our opinions to guide each other from losing our precious capital.

Chief,

There was a "pump" and I highlighted it here the day they started. The question is how far are they willing to take it.
Someone dumped 1.5m units at once not long ago. It may be the person that started the pumping or someone else.

Yes, you may have a point to prove about your investment strategy, but those prices you quoted above might be reached by those stocks in just 2 weeks of a raging bull in the market, which may occur at anytime. Please do not bet on NSE, even the slightest news about oil, economy or FDI might just implode the market.

OK. Let's go there and watch! We would see the winner.

Whatelse do u want me to learn again? I started shares investment in 2006, have seen the good, the bad and the ugly and have also done research on 15 to 20yrs price history of my preferred stocks even I tell my broker what the direction will like be and it happened so what do u want me to learn again. U want to tell me zenith will get to 30, gtb 50, access 14, uba15, ucap4, dangflour 20, dangfsugar 25 before election? What will be happening is up and down of the prices before election and we can place 100k bet on it. Just pick a stock and let's watch it

NSE, the more you look, the less you see. What is happening in Diamond? Is it another pumping and dumping, or some people have sighted the result?

The bet isn't worth it.

What if the dude bought Zenith around N26 and want you guys to keep bidding it up to N30 for him so that he will sell and give you a paltry 100k.

In one of his post, he advised people put money in Tbills for 6 months.

He later said he is putting his money in Tbills which will give him 600k. I'm presuming the duration of the Tbill is 6 months. Assuming he did at 13.5% and he will get 600k for 6 months, this shows that he put in around 8.9m.

What if those statements he made about Tbill is just a decoy? What if he actually bought any or all the stocks he put the prices and waiting for you to eat the bait. If he bought Zenith for example with the N8.9m at around 26, he will have like 342,000 units. At N30, he will simply sell off raking a gain of around N1.3m.

From this gain, he can easily settle my you a paltry 100k. grin grin

Him no go even bring out the 100k. What will stop him from doing "jaaaaaaaa" once he's done with his deal. Worse case, create another profile and the "job" continues.

Got ur point my dear !!
...Smartness is usually the ability to extract wisdom over intelligence.

But then, u also have to look at it as broad as it is wide.
I could've also bought the said stocks for far lower than his entry prices (ie DF @ N6).
...so invariably I might as well be the one to dump on him before it gets to those prices.
Either way, I could also wait it out, sell at even above those prices and still chop from his N100,000.
For as long as I wont have to lose in any direction it pans out, then its all cool.
I didn't push the prices up for him, but still gained. ...add that to the small N100,000.

At least that money would be enough for U and I to thoroughly Masticate a lot of Nkwobi and devour some bottles of ... wink cheesy grin

Btw, I also know that the Oga would not really want a bet on that.
...I was only trying to play out with him, 'the mice game he started'. wink cheesy

The other angle to it is that he wrote 100k. Remember what happened in SMN. What is 100k? Which currency? Is it one hundred kobo? One hundred thousand naira or kobo or Zimbabwean dollar?

So get your bets straight.

@ Valentinenwokolo, you must be a passionate shareholder of C and I.

I hope the MD gave you a convincing answer to the question you asked during AGM held this morning.

Can you share with the house, the answer given as per share reconstruction and conversion of the $12 million investment by Abraaj to shares.

Thank you

Is there any logical reason why OANDO is on bid? None that I know of. Any other idea?
