There was pandemonium as a large crowd gathered in to witness a mild drama caused by a "moving coffin" which was said to have been looking for a "witch". According to media reports, the coffin ''refused'' to be buried as it was searching for a witch known as Kikondo in Zambia. The Kaoma District Commissioner, Kennedy Liale Mubanga intervened by ordering army and police to grab the coffin. The coffin was escorted to the graveyard for a forced burial by army and police after police tear gassed the crowd. The irate crowd damaged the wind screen of a reporter's vehicle in the process.
