Bala Usman is a thief. If the court says his detention is illegal then Evans and Rev King's detentions are also illegal. How come the same court sees nothing wrong in the continued illegal incarceration of Bright Chimezie, Chidiebere Onwudiwe, Benjamin Madubugwu and David Nwawuisi? Haba.... Why do these Northerners always favour themselves? They allow candidates openly cheat in exams, but we southerners will penalize our own for exam malpractice. Their FRSC officials allow their people drive freely without seatbelts, drivers licence or spare tyres. But our southern brothers will extort their kin for having a nonfunctional brake light. If only Southerners could overlook the wrongs of their fellow Southerners, and love themselves just half as much as the Northerners. The Northerners won't see our back. 47 Likes 10 Shares |

Our security agencies' albatross is their disregard for law. You cannot fight lawlessness using same lawlessness. In other climes, you cannot try it. Even murder suspects are treated with utmost dignity until they're convicted and hanged. 13 Likes |

As usual, this government has been detaining perceived opposition from day 1 in office and as is their trait, they'll disobey and disregard this court order/declaration cos they have no regards for the rule of law.. What a government! |

The world will wonder how much the court will order Buhari to paid Dasuki for detaining him for this long? But come to think deeply about this judgement all EFCC have to do is to tell Balla to minus 5M from the alleged stolen billions he stole abi ? judgment obeyed case continue and Balla will stop taking EFCC to court when 5M is equal to 49 days in prison that how many days or even years to cover 21 billion stolen by him ? who can do the maths? 3 Likes |

Only fools will believe that EFCC has not been settled in this case. Imagine starting a prosecution case in the first place, and failing to tender any document as evidence in court! 2 Likes |

“Where a party admits the detention of another, the onus to prove that such detention is legal lies on it. In the instant case, no material evidence of fraud, irregular allocation of plots of land, among others is placed before this court. Why detain someone without evidence with the hope that frustrating him and denying him of his freedom will make him admit crimes that you envisage? Why all these abuse of powers? Politics in Nigeria is a terrible thing. |
