Hello Mamas... How is the pushing ministry going? May we all deliver safely. And to our gtc mamas that have received their BFP, big congrats to you. We are expecting others.
I am currently 38+5 days gone and baby was engaged all through last week as I was feeling the head down in my pelvis till about 2 days ago when baby flipped and is now in breech/ sometimes transverse position.
Is there anything I can do to make the baby turn back head down as my hopes of having a VBAC is getting dashed?

INGREDIENTS

1 -Watermelon
-Cloves Powder
-Peak Milk or any other Liquid Milk
-Honey
-Dates (remove the seed)
-Coconut (flesh)

PROCEDURE

Combine all the ingredients in in a blender and blend thoroughly. Strain with cloth strainer. You can keep it in the refrigerator... This drink increases vaginal fluid.. No more dryness, vaginal fluid increases, without difficulty and maximum satisfaction is achieved with this sweetener drink..

#4 *SEX* *SWEETNER* *DRINK*

INGREDIENTS

- Fresh Moringa Leaves
- Dates
- Coconut
- Tiger Nuts
- Honey
- Liquid Milk

PROCEDURE

Blend all the ingredients smoothly, add Milk and Honey.
It's a very good booster and sweetener.

I moved here after my wedding in 2015 and I am equal to a newbie
I don't really know places but I used eat alot from eni stores(the bar side) they have lots of breakfast options if you go early.

As for the Antenatal I will be registering at Anua hospital because it's closer to where I live but I will be giving birth at UCTH Calabar, that's where I had my first son(also not too comfortable with the health care services in Uyo)

People at Uyo are not generally internet savvy, at least compared to PH I grew up.....so I am even suprised to meet you here and also hear of Uyo mama in ttc thread.

THESE HOME REMEDIES KEEP YOUR VJ FREE FROM ODOUR, HYDRATED, SMELL GOOD AND BALANCE THE PH.

(1)
Add 2 cups of baking soda to your bathwater and soak yourself for 15-20m. *Clean yourself thoroughly after that with a clean towel.
*Do this many times in a week to get rid of the odour and balance the pH

(2)
*Mix 2cups of Apple Cider Vinegar in 1 bucket of warm water
*Soak in it for 30m
*Do this until you get rid of it.

ALTERNATIVELY
*Add 2tbsp of Apple Cider Vinegar to a glass of water
*Mix thoroughly and drink everyday

(3)
*Eat enough Vegetables, Pineapple, honey, berries, peppermint and drink enough water.

NB: You can combine all the remedies at a time.

Congrats once again. You shall enjoy your stay here until 9 months. Start with 1 folic acid a day as you have already been advised.

Mama I need you to understand that God is in control over you and your lo. I don't know the chances of the baby turning at this point. But I do know that there is nothing God cannot do.

Of you can, start speaking to your baby to turn in faith and this ever faithful God will show up on your behalf.
Please don't lose hope and know that whatever happens, you are going to behold your bundle of joy with so much joy in your heart.
