Societal rules are created by who and who. Is it not humans like us?.... Most of these rules were mostly created to gain power by those in power, rub egos and also gain econmic power. Talking about the Arab people, for many years they didn't allow women to drive, only as recently as this year they changed the ruled and now allow women to drive.
