She finished the schorlarship and went to usa . about crossing to canada to claim asylum with this mumu story my father died in december(true) and relatives want to kill her to inherit his property. Smh.
After all the schooling she had gone through, this is the shallow excuse she could cook up to claim asylum

I ordered notes and saw they highlighted her papers as a course for potential concern. I have attached it here, what do you all think please?

1. Is joint legal guardianship an issue? Yes if you don't have proof and by proof I don't mean an affidavit.
2. We have evidence of her being with us since 2013, school fees receipts, HMO documents, Pictures. Should I raise a CSE and send those? This goes to no issue, i repeat do you have proof of Joint legal guardianship inclusive of consent to process PR from all parties concerned? Its just similar to getting consent of your divorced husband to take one of your children abroad.
3. What is your opinion please? Read 1&2

Thank you everyone.
Our seniors please advice.

I am Oct 24 AOR.

My file is in London Visa Office.

I sent an email today to London & CPC to enquire about my application since it had gone passed the 6 months waiting period... I got this response from CPC

Dear Sir/Madam,

Your file is currently under review and requires additional verifications. As a result, the assessment period will be outside of our posted processing times.

Unfortunately at this time we are not able to determine when your application will be finalized, but our office will contact you as soon as all verifications are completed, or if any additional information or documents are required.

We appreciate your patience and ask that you keep correspondence with our office to a minimum.

Regards,

Please I will like timeline information from people post ppr who also received this email... To help me manage expectations.

I am not a senior but as a junior, my advice is......order GCMS, review the notes, wait and pray (if no action needed from the review).

Good morning,

Please note that the courses being discussed with respect to ACCA Diploma in Accounting and Business are papers F1 to F3, not FA....something something, let's people be confused and go and register for Foundations exam; hoping to get the Diploma at the end to meet a shocker.

Whislt on the subject of ACCA Diploma in Accounting and Business, I recall seeing a post where someone said people should register with WAEC, PLEASE NOTE THAT THIS INFORMATION IS INCORRECT, WAEC will take you to Foundations, you need to use your BSc, what is required for the Diploma is A'Level, our WAEC is O'Level.

If you have a science background (degree), or any other background that is not related to accounting, you will start from F1, but if you have Bsc in something like Economics or Banking and Finance, you will be exempted from F1, left to me, I would rather you even waive the exemption and write all three. For accounting graduates, who are awarded F1 to F4 conversion pass, please note that you can still waive your exemptions to write the papers and get your certificate.

Please let us be careful.

Just wanted to put this here before getting bogged down into my day, have a nice day everyone.

How favourable do they rate this diploma in terms of CRS points

I can't wait for that judgement

IRCC has been making post about asylum seekers and warning people not to destroy their lives based on wrong information .

They can't bend their rules and allow illegality , that sends a message to people doing things legally.

I just want to be in canada before Nigerians ruin a good thing.

Thanks.

I've ordered my GCMS on getgcms.com (although there was a lot of back and forth because the signature on my passport was not identical to that on the consent form) I'm waiting, praying and hopeful as 9ja tire me!

Please for those that applied online for Unilag transcript. How long did it take WES to receive your transcript?

I used gcmsbuddy and they were very fast (less than 2 weeks) and even cheaper too. They didn't ask for passport, just consent form signed by me and Newdad0615 wink. Just give it more time or request for another with gcmsbuddy.

My person has a managerial position in a bakery but got it fresh out of uni. Concern is that somewhere on the requirements for the position it states:
*Business admin cert (which he has) and
*5-10years experience (which he didn't have)
Can he still claim points for it?

How do you get a managerial position without the relevant experience?

How long has he worked there?

The key is the duties listed on the reference matching the lead statement and about 75% (at least) of the NOC duties.
