mbjane: You cannot legislate on what may happen. In the event that someone gets injured, say Ighalo. Suddenly, he is in play. He's not been so poor that he's not worthy of a look in. |

mbjane: Hahaha but u made no sense nah Dat was why I asked what ur point was. Akpeyi is better than Bayern keeper Or Ospina is a figurative expression made to show how poorly those keepers performed in those matches, that expression doesn't literally mean Akpeyi is better hence, must be called up by Rohr or must replace Ospina or the Bayern keeper as u understand it. Remember what I told u d other day, u most not quote every post, especially those u don't understand in order not to misconstrue them and appear stupid here. Try to heed this advice mister. I ain't blind it's just that u lack the ability to comprehend a simple message. Av a good day ofeke |

mbjane: Another goof back to back. The post u quoted said world cup reckoning. It doesn't necessarily mean that he's world cup bound, rather if there was, there is or will be any reason(eg injury to any key player) to look his way at least for the 35man list, he's kinda shot the door. Dude it is now obvious u have comprehension problems. Elyte89 Baba mi, there is a new entrant, please do d needful |

Anderlecht Few Details Away From Signing New “Finidi George” Hilary Gong The race to sign hot in demand AS Trencin Nigerian forward Hillary Gong has been won by Belgium side Anderlecht, Owngoalnigeria.com can exclusively reveal. Gent were initially in the driving seat to sign the 19 year old who has 11 goals and 10 assists in all competitions this season from a total of 33 games in his second season at AS Trencin. The GBS Academy graduate is rated as the most technical player in the Slovakian top divison with many comparing him to former Nigerian winger Finidi George. Anderlecht are believed to have moved a step closer to clinching him with a bid a little over €10m and details of his transfer which will happen in the summer is presently been thrashed out by both clubs. A late interest from an unnamed German Bundesliga team was turned down by the Slovakian side clearing the path for Anderlecht to snap up the winger with sources close to the player revealing that a five year deal is on the cards for the forward. Exclusive: Rohr, NFF To Make Big Decision As Leicester's Ndidi Is Ruled Out For Six Weeks Wilfred Ndidi will be on the sidelines for the next six weeks, Leicester City have confirmed Nigeria's worst fears before manager Gernot Rohr announces a 35-man provisional roster for the 2018 World Cup. The central midfielder subbed out in the 51st minute of the Foxes 5-0 loss to Crystal Palace on April 28 due to a hamstring injury and scans conducted soon after the game at Selhurst Park have revealed the full extent of his injury. Rohr and the Nigeria Football Federation have a big decision to make, whether to name Ndidi on the 23-man for the World Cup with the hope that he will be fit before Nigeria's first game against Croatia on June 16. ''Ndidi will be ready for the World Cup. The result of the scan is out, they will put him on a programme to get him back to fitness,'' a top source told allnigeriasoccer.com . ''He will initially be out of action for four weeks and will need two weeks extra to be fully fit.'' Only yesterday, Ndidi was named Leicester City's Young Player of the Season for the second year running, he was one of the key players for the Nigerian national team during the World Cup qualifiers. **Ifeanyi Emmanuel Source: http://www.allnigeriasoccer.com/read_news.php?nid=27575 Russia 2018 WC Countdown: 43 days 5 hours 35 mins to go 1 Like |

asha80: And you believe the brazillian players right? even some european? The highest age cheat in football are south americans,we can start from diego costa, even paulinho of barca is 29? No need to question the age of our players if you cant question these guys. Even my lovely Barcelona captain iniesta,he look older than 33 i am not saying he is lying. 2 Likes |

Feel free not to believe. Those who want to believe let them believe. As long as many others and myself still possess an original birth certificate we still have people telling the truth. Let’s cease from this age debate unless we have solid proofs to back our claim. asha80: 3 Likes |

Sir Basco, na so e happen oooo.... Harry Maguire was great for Leicester but in no way did he trump Ndidi... it is just that subtle English fans bias again. Even the dressing room vote Maguire in the majority... na wa for them ooo.... I guess they wanted to give it to a "senior" and older player so that Ndidi won't cart home all three major awards... loolll Ndidi could have easily walked away with the Player of the season voted by fans/writers and the Players' player of the season alongside the only one he won which is the best young player award. I want Ndidi at Liverpool. Klopp should just come get this lad abeg. E haff do! Jorginho may not end up at Liverpool as Man Utd and Man City circle around him... time will tell shaa. But A Great World cup will definitely put the focus back on him in the eyes of the Big Euro clubs. Ndidi is just one more move away from walking into the elite of world class midfielders featuring for the Big clubs. As for Iheanacho, I believe a fine World cup will set him up for settling in better at Leicester for now... if he has a far better run next season than he had in this outgoing season, then he will be on the radar of several good clubs above Leicester's pedigree. But it is football, anything can happen shaa... I remember it was James Rodriguez's Six goals at Brazil 2014 (Plus the goal of the tournament) that earned him that Madrid move... so WC season is gonna be key for our players too.
