I am really grateful to God for seeing me through this journey and spoilt all the plans of d enemy. Due to a previous loss I was a bit paranoid and being too careful this time.
Pls pardon dis pregnancy story and not just birth story. Its my testimony.

I had no MS just some food aversions. Fast forward to 13 weeks and I had a cerclage on to close the mouth of d cervix as a preventive measure (because of history).

At 17 weeks during routine antenatal urine test, my sugar level was very high and I was sent for different test. They concluded I had GDM ( gestational diabetes). I was placed on insulin injection twice a day for the rest of the pregnancy. I was closely monitored and had to watch my diet.

Fast forward to 25 weeks and I started bleeding at midnight, was rushed to d hospital and I was told my placenta was low lying. I was placed on complete bed rest, 2 days later d bleeding increased, I was told I might have to let d baby go for me to survive but I held on to God for a miracle. After 1 week of rest, d bleeding stopped and was discharged after 2 weeks at d hospital.
The Drs plan was to keep me till delivery but I pleaded with dem before I was discharged.
I had scan done frequently and d placenta was going up.

At 32 weeks I noticed d weight of d baby wasn't much, at 35 weeks noticed reduction in baby's movement. I taught d space in d womb was small for much movement but mentioned it at 36 wks antenatal. Started stooling days later, hubby insisted I went to d hospital. I started shaking seriously in d hospital n scan showed baby's weight was 2.2kg, too small for 36 wks.

I had an emergency cs that night because of d reduced movement n wat they noticed during scan. My prince came out strong n crying, weighing 2.1kg. I thank God that with the weight he didn't need incubator or have complications.

I give all glory to God for seeing me through.

I have low lying placenta. I heard having a previous miscarriage increases the risk of occurrence.
At what week did urs move up? Mine is still down at close to 26 weeks and sometimes, I feel pain when the baby moves. I feel he doesnt have space to move .

Dehydration and medication can cause colour changes in urine. Drink up more and see if it changes.

That's her amniotic fluid and could be water breaking

Water breaking is usually just prior to serious contraction and birth. For all you know, she's is seriously dilated. A check at the hospital would rule all these out. If she's checked at the hospital and found to be still in the early stages of labour, she will most likely be sent home.

During my first pregnancy my water broke and there was no sign of labour...(happened at 3am) at 7am I was at d hospital and was asked to hang around for a while....ended up at the theatre at 8pm.

If she loves herself and her baby this question won't even come up...she should just go to the hospital

Is it wise to register in 2 hospitals- government and private.just in case?

Just eat your balanced diet and avoid junks, God willing, you will be fine.
Besides,most of these scanning machine exaggerates stuff.

CT shows 38 week and weight at 33.7kg.

I'm confused about the actual Gestational age and weight.

babies weight increases the gestational weeks on scan. That's why it's better to stick to the date your earliest scan gave.

But 33.7kg? I guess it's a typo.

That's one big baby you are going to have if that weight is accurate at 3.7 for a 35 week old.

For LMC at 35 weeks it's kinda on the big side, cos I remember my doc telling me I'm going to have a big baby when my son weighed 2.5kg at 33 weeks! He actually came weighing 4kg at full term.

If the 38 weeks scan gave is accurate then the weight is perfect.

Please try an register ASAP! They would have given you something to help with the fatigue.

Ask someone to drive you there and get registered.

Malt and milk always gave me strength! Mine was so terrible that I drank power horse it was after I did test that doctor discovered I had very low Hb levels! I think I was 7. Instead of 12. And above for pregnant women.

I started building my blood and my strength and alertness increased.

You can try eating steamed veggies to help you before you see your doctor.
