Police have confirmed the re-arrest of Senator Dino Melaye after being arraigned at a magistrate court in Abuja on Wednesday.
He explained that Melaye was arraigned on charges that bordered on escaping lawful custody and attempted suicide for which he was bailed.
However, Police spokesman said the Senator is still in police custody over allegations of conspiracy, gun-running, armed robbery and kidnapping which is before a High Court in Lokoja, Kogi state.

Dino and others should know that "he who stays in glass house must not throw stone" the allegation of election rigging which the inec woman admitted is still on hold.

if you like arraign him on all charges with N2billion surety on all charges he will definitely be granted bail and meet up all his bail conditions. All offences are bailable and there is simply nothing Buhari can do about it.
