You fell for the oldest scam in Nigeria....

I bet you, the pictures you posted are not the real people that duped you (it's just a front picture)......

Your best bet is to report matter to police and proceed from that point. Since you paid directly into bank accounts, they are traceable......

Both names look and sound so fake, both names are 1st names sounding....... Esosa Gladys & Jacob Zachariah....

The only way you can help mankind now is to report that case to the police force

They will use the BVN to block that name from carrying out any transaction and even from performing future ones

That way, you'll save other Nigerians that may fall for this

I remember the first vehicle I and my guy wan buy, on OLX that year. Na this same format. We had already sent 50k for the papers before our eyes clear. Anyway, we thank God that it was only 50k we lost instead of 1 million plus

Sorry bro grin grin

You fell for an old scam
So people still do fall for this custom scam .
Since you paid into and account I will advice you run to the nearest branch of that bank and report
That’s after you might have reported to the police.
I’m sure the account would be frozen and also report to the relevant agencies.

People still fall for custom auction scam? shocked
Those scammers use fake profiles so I am 1000% positive that those pictures you posted are not the people that duped you. You have access to internet yet you couldn't come online to make necessary findings about custom sales? Guy you fuckup, over 600k gone like that cry. It will never be well with all these bloody fraudsters.

The most interesting thing is, before transaction they never seek advice (possibly not wanting someone else steal their deal)....

Now katakata don burst, OP cannot sleep..... He better take 15mg zopiclone (and knock himself out).....

Don't mind them. Even if oga op didn't come online to make enquiries, he should have suspected that these people were crooks with all the stories they were spinning to collect money from him. Car that you've not set your eyes on, they were asking you to pay money for this and that and you sef dey pay. I'm sure even the scammers didn't expect to make this much money off him. I went back to do another calculation and saw that the money was over 700k. I hope he's able to recover what he lost or part of it at least. Trust those scammers, they would have moved the money and emptied the account by now.

I'm starting to doubt the story myself.
the fact that he even posted pictures of some people even calls for more scrutiny . he may just be looking for a a way of spoiling those peoples names for reasons best known to him but definitely not fraud.
i think his moniker and thread should be banned before he causes more harm to the reputation of those he posted their picture.
he didnt even show us any conversation screenshots from whats app or Facebook , no screenshots of transfers made or bank slips.
the op is most likely an extortionist.
from all indications he opened this nl account for this purpose . nl account was created on the 30th of april 2018

Bros, you're entitled to your opinion. I respect that but from my understanding, the guy is actually telling us his story, and not asking us to investigate for him

I didnt see any part where he said they chatted. They communicated through calls, according to him so the screenshots of whatsapp or facebook is unnecessary.

And the guy must be very ignorant for him to think that those images are that of the scammers.

You are right though. But in the end, it's just a story, to be taking with a pinch of salt

Unbelievable, you paid all these money on a vehicle you have not seen and check whether it is fit for purpose. One wonders how you are able conduct your business with this type of lackadaisical attitude. You dey pay you dey pay, but you never see weytin you dey buy. This na for country wey if you Google 419, them go equate am to NIGERIA.

The name of this fraud is "come and carry" otherwise known as advance fee fraud. since it's Nigeria and your deposited money in bank account(s), Get a court injunction, police report and trace the scammers using their bank details.

Anybody could be a victim of fraud, Nobody is immune so disregard those calling you names, Trust me some of them have been in your shoes before.

Yes that's why I took down the photos. I also noticed that the account is new created to report this fraud. He didn't post any evidence of communication or transaction between him and the said fraudsters but went on to post their photos. Going through the story again, I don't believe anybody can be this gullible to fall this deep for this kind of scam. An incidence that supposedly happened last week, he is just posting about it. There is definitely more to this op that meets the eye.
