I went through hell during those pregnancy and parenting period. had series of professional exams cos I married as a student. In fact just finished one exam when I delivered my second boy.on the first of April dis year prematurely..

I thank God I passed all at one sittings.
I have a year internship Prog plus nysc awaiting now and I don't want preg for now.

I want to know about the injection method from people that have used and still using it.

Not to discourage u mama but I got pregnant while on d injection,although my doctor says mine is just God's perfect plan dat no scientific interference could have stopped.going for iud now to avoid stories dat touch oo

My dear, be wise! walk into a primary health centre, ask for the family planning unit, they will educate you better and do whatever method that pleases you right away!

Withdrawal method is no form of family planning! You also have a life and plans to achieve! You've had 2 children, take a break and stay alive to take care of them

she should look for someone in the medical field to enlighten her husband on the importance of fp. Advising her to do it behind his back is not the best thing. People are different and read meaning to things differently. The way your husband will take it when he finds out you did something like that without his consent isn't the way her husband will take it. This is the kind of thing that bring issues into marriages. What if something bad happens after the fp. It is not wise.

Its no biggie. Did mine xdy. Ull be counselled and ull do pt if negative them go give u d injection and ask u to come in 3months time. Me I did two months oh.

For now, don't do any fitfam..eat anything you have appetite for...fruits, meatpie, sharwama, suya, barbeque fish, mama put rice, indomie and egg

you don't need to eat a lot at once. take small meals per time and eat at least 5 times a day...drink malt too..

what i do is to make the pap without egg and pour in the flask, add egg to the quantity he can finish at once and cook.

Husbands really need to be more supportive of their wives decide to do family planning. I find this issue of my husband is against family planning very ignorant and selfish of husbands.

All these religious nonsense of it is God that gives children is just story. Have 12 children and see if it isnt poverty that will embrace you! If you like pray and fast all you want for favour!

Also sometimes I think it is How we women raise the issue.
If you have both decided that you want a break from kids, then you tell the man like you are asking and pleading for his permission to go for family planning, he may very well take it that way!. Do we ask for their opinion when we are having cramps and want to take pain killers?

You are telling him for his information. Not for his action.

If he decides without any rational justification, he wants you not to do it, then he should take the appropriate steps and protect himself. No gist about withdrawal. No condom No action ! It is not negotiable! You cannot eat your cake and have it!

The best family planing is abstinence anyway, so let everybody kuku chill and be looking at each other's face.

switch to Aveeno or semabed? soap & cream if u ain't using those already. Works for extremely dry skin
