Hello Nairalanders!

I am presently confused about which Human resource professinal course to go for. The available options before me are Chartered Institute of Personnel Management of Nigeria (CIPMN) and Society for Human Resource Management (SHRM).

A friend suggested I go for SHRM because of its International acceptability. Even though an Internationally acceptable certificate is what I need right now, I am not convinced enough.

Professionals In the house, please advise me which to go for and what you feel I need to know about these two professional courses.

Go for SHRM, internationally recognized. Last I heard, you have to write the exam in Ghana, hopefully it would have changed by now.
