I moved from one stage to another successfully until it started displaying forbidden when I tried to move to the next stage. So trying to log in it says portal is closed. The Portal is closed again. So maybe you stumbled on the site at the time it was being closed.

Everybody keeps asking for shortlisted candidates update...
I don't think the shortlistings happened that fast with the previous sets oo. After all, the next admission I think, is targeting fall semester, which starts September. So the road still far small...
The Germany/France/China set seemed to have waited as long as three months later too...even the sets before them that wrote tests...

CENTER UPDATE FOR 2018/2019 PTDF SCHOLARSHIP INTERVIEW

All Applicants are hereby requested to log back into the portal to update their preferable center for the interview. Note this procedure only last for 48 hours and in the case where an applicant fails to choose a center, the closest center to their state origin would be automatically selected for them as their interview center.

Also, the Ph.D. scholars are required to pick their Ph.D. Interview Panel within the next 48 hours (to be closed by 6 pm on Wednesday). Their options are as follows;
• Engineering
• Environmental
• Management
• Geosciences
• Computing
