Pastor E.A Adeboye, says it is a sin against God for a Christian not to
have a permanent voters card PVC.

According to the Nation, the clergyman said this when he spoke at a

These pastors see. Where does PVC appear inside the bible? If he wants people to vote and exercise their civic duty he should tell them. All these scare tactics are lame.
