Even with the imei number, you would be on a long thing.... Was it a xiaomi device? Did you activate your MI account?

Yup.. Those restrictions were placed due to android policy... It saves to the folder of the downloader used (for uc browser you'll have to go to ucdownloads to access your downloads)

Try this, check if there is any hidden file named . nomedia in those folders you normally download your media to. This file prevents apps from listing media files, so you'll need to delete it. You can use 'root explorer' to view hidden files and folders.
If there is no such file, then it's probably an android security feature.

Then u can buy by depositing dollars to ur dom account and using the PayPal to pay on ur eBay account.

But if the seller accepts mastercard, you can use ur naira mastercard. Just that the exchange rate might not be as favourable as using the first method.
