Obi1kenobi:
Those Fulani men clearly didn't come for a fight. grin That's why the locals were filling fly "chasing" the Fulani people back. There are clearly many genuine, peaceful herdsmen, probably like these ones, that are different from the murderous bandits terrorizing many areas in the country.
Unfortunately the killers among their ranks have spoiled the reputation of all Fulanis; the matter is even made worse by the criminal silence and even broad day light support of the marauders by all Fulani leaders.

Just imagine the IG of police visiting Benue where thousands had been killed and the only comment he could make was that the killings were because Benue people refused to release land to herders for cattle grazing?... The open support the Fulanis have for the killer herdsmen is nauseating; they dont even attempt to hide it.

I love this move the youth made, some will they didn't come for fight, but when they will eventually unveil their plans, nobody will be there to help them. prevention is better than cure, is good as you guys prevent them on time before they start doing what they know how to do best.

I beg to disagree. All i see are victims of ethnic discrimination ,did they recover arms from them?, We should remember *fulani herdsmen" is a tag used to cover the real identity of probably imported mercenaries on a mission & does not apply to the whole tribe. Not all of them are demons.

By the way, they should have been escorted into cameroon if that wasn't a ruse. Make everyone dey hin tent. I don't blame the communities sha, when it comes to land grabbing, dem northerners be emeritus for that position

Good news this is the best news of the day. Send them back to Yahyah of kogi. Fulani are no longer welcome anywhere I support those villages youth decision kudos to them.

Anytime you sight them simply send them back to sender it's better to accommodate devil than to accommodate fulani because they have no mercy so no one should have mercy on them.

This is fake report and is misleading, where are the Fulani arrested?
dainformant:
On Sunday, May 6th, two truck loads of Fulani indigenes were intercepted at a military checkpoint at Bekwarra local government area in Cross River state. According to reports, the leader of the Fulani group revealed that they were sighted by some youths at Ogoja while coming down from the truck to buy food.

According to Idoko Simmy, the Fulanis revealed that they were coming from Kogi state and were heading to Amana Utanga in Obanliku Local Government Area of Cross River in order to migrate to Cameroon.

Their intention was to stop at Ogoja barracks before continuing with their journey but unfortunately they were intercepted by the youths who raised an alarm.

Youths numbering over 300 from the host community; Ogoja and beyond came in agreement and refused the Fulanis from settling there for the main time as they were escorted from Garki, to Yahe in Yala. When the people of Yahe saw what was going on, they joined in the campaign and chased them farther through the borders of Yala and Ikom.

According to reports, the Fulanis who were 96 in number - were reportedly taken back to Kogi in company of armed soldiers in order to prevent any attack from tensed youths.

it serves to teach them that they are no longer welcomed by their fellow Nigerians. The fulanis will one day unite the entire south and middle belt against them
you forgot that the constant harrasment of the fulanis by all these tribes will also unite all the fulanis to jointly fight a common united enemy, and by then you will know what feeling the heat means, cuz beleive me only a small fraction of herdsmen fulani are fighting now. You will not want to experience what a united fulani unslaught will look like. And you know what, let all the tribes unite against us if they like, it wont mean shiiittt. The north is ours you know, we can easily also chase you out of the north, and btw the word among herdsmen now is since there should be no cattle herding, no farming also. So lets see how it goes

Mr. Fulani who is constantly harassing the other with killing and destruction? Is it the Fulani or their host community? Before the early 1800s which parcel of Nigeria did you originate from? Thanking you for maintaining una true colours of "monkey no fine but in mama like am". We didn't expect anything less with the criminal culpability of your people in positions (including the president and service thieves)

To all those who think the Fulani herdsmen menace is an aberration and should be ignored should start taking notice if they have not started already. Their game plan is for them to permeate every nook and crany of the country especially the south, so, that when they are ready to implement their genocidal agenda, it would be less tasking for them. Wake up people of the south or you would be next!

You are 7 million. The entire Nigeria is 190 million.

No hegemony lasts forever. Ask the Egyptians, Persians, Assyrians, Romans, even the Israelis who were feeling fly. A day of reckoning comes for everyone. What happened to your fellows in Guinea and is ongoing in Ghana will be child's play when you turn everyone to enemies.

Nigeria is the last major fort you guys hold. You'd so hate this country if you push everyone to the wall. It is coming. Note that! And your arrogance will only hasten it.

They don't want to accept the truth, they don't want education, with their religious beliefs they continue to keep themselves in the dark, when they see that things are getting worse, they take the next available truck and move to another state to constitute nuisance.

They are all over Agege rail way, you begin to wonder how they eat or even sleep, the funny thing is that, they are never tired of making babies even in that condition.

you are talking as if the hausa and kanuri will fight on your side, besides have you forgotten that millions of fulanis are on standby in cameroon, chad, niger, mali, burkina faso the whole west africa basically, so even if your dream of everybody ganging up on us becomes reality, it still will not work cuz all the tribes can never be a cohesive fighting force. Those that dare to fight will just be decimated one village after another

The same Kanuri who through Boko Haram have been trying to usurp the Fula Hegemony? Or do you think everyone is ignorant like the average Joe and doesn't understand the deep geopolitical games going on in the North.

If all your help couldn't be of use to your brothers who had their a** handed to them in Guinea (where they are the majority) and are now having state action burning them up in Ghana, you think it'd be of use against 180+ million Nigerians? Or do you think deep down, the average Hausa man doesn't despise your holier-than-thou tribe.

Even Spartans, the most feared clan in ancient Greece that had their enemies commit suicide rather than face off in battle came crashing one day. A bunch of lanky mistakes would also meet their waterloo someday. It's all there in history. The higher you go, the harder you fall.

You guys are already using armed escorts to protect your people making a simple migration in a country at peace. When the chips fall down, what the Mambillas did to you guys would be rehearsal. You wouldn't be chased out. Nigeria will be your graveyard.

Don't turn a new leaf. Those who do not learn from history are bound to repeat it.

The Aztecs sacrificed 200,000+ of their neighbors to their gods annually; ripping their hearts out while they were still alive, and cooking them for soup that was shared to the whole population. Today, they're no more. Hitler and Stalin killed 13m+ jews between them. They died like roaches. You guys killed less than 10k Middle Belters and open grazing has been banned already. You think your tribe is fierce? This world has seen worse.

One day, your children or your grandchildren or your great grandchildren would have their guts ripped off. Babies ripped off their mother's wombs and dashed into rocks. That's the future your arrogance is setting your descendants up for. It'd happen because it's happened a million times before. Every beastly people meet a beastly end. This is not god, Allah, Karma... It's just history.

See, all these gara gara weh Fulani dey do, is simply because of the useless Fulani man in power, that keeps sending soldiers to protect them, after killing innocent people. Your useless grand father and his cowardice soldiers got some serious ass kicking from the people of tiv, when they tried to invade there land. You snick in, in the middle of the night, without any formal declaration of war, to slaughter unsuspecting, innocent women and children and you think that is bravery. You attack unsuspecting, unprepared old men and women working in there farms with the help of soldiers and you proclaim yourselves invinsible. A conventional war, is totally different from what is happening in Benue and other parts of middle belt. The truth is, other regions wouldn't even need to get involved in this fight. Only the Christians in the middle belt, can handle your matter, just the same way they did to your grand father usman Dan fadio.
Fulani's are criminals, not brave warriors.
