Re: NEW BORN BABIES! Are U A New Mum? Then Lets Discuss Babies Here!!!!! by Anugod(f): 10:24pm On May 08, 2018 |
Jaymarius:It was in my dad's house then. He made the arrangements with the chemical guy. We just left the house when he was about to start spraying and returned hours later. Maybe you can ask around for fumigators. If you have very close neighbours, you might have to arrange with them to leave the environment when fumigating. That thing is strong sha. We came back to meet dead lizards, rats and rodents, and the best part, no smell. Just dried up. It kills snakes too. No mosquitoes or cockroaches again for monthsss |

Pls mamas help me. This breastfeeding issue is eating me up. My D's of 11 days is eating more formula than breastmilk. I planned EBF but I'm not lactating enough . I spend about 30 mins breastfeeding den d milk doesn't come out again and he still takes formula. I pumped after today's feeding to see what's left and I got only 6mls of milk. Pls what can I do to have lactate well. I have drank tea, pap, oats(saw improvement with this) and even taken lactating cookies but no much milk. Sorry for the long post Pls help a worried FTM Thank you |

queensnow: As for me it is catching, nice to be there, fascinating and many more. who send me to advertise sef. pocket friendly? As for me it is not meant for an average Nigerian except if the person wants to fast after it. went there with my family and we turned back from the gate after all the money story... Depending on your location, Omu Resort Centre is nice and pocket friendly though not as big as hi impact. |

Meeeeey: Have you tried taking fenugreek? I hear it's very effective. Also feed him as much as possible from the breasts to encourage more milk let down. The more you breastfeed the more milk your breast produce. And always stay hydrated. I wish you well. 1 Like |

Meeeeey: Story of my life Took everything too, even lactating cookies and granola and didn't get the result I wanted (except fenugreek).. maybe you should try fenugreek like the other mama adviced cus that's the only thing I didn't take What I've been doing is drink a lot of water and pap And most importantly, have rest of mind, sleep when LO is sleeping and always put LO to breast, if you feel he isn't getting enough substitute with formula please Also try to BF at night cus thats when production is high. Think it helped me too It will get better I also planned to EBF but it didn't happen for me And yes I still substitute with formula Don't beat yourself up, it will get better with time 3 Likes |

Meeeeey: Try not to worry, easier said than done, I know. You just might be producing super sufficient milk but not know. In my experience, the breast pump is unreliable. I'm almost 7 months into breastfeeding and I have NEVER been able to express with a manual pump, tried Mam, Medela and Philips Avent. I then used Medela electronic pump and I have NEVER been able to get more than 2 ounces from a full breast. I almost got into the "not producing" trap too but hunted and hunted for information on the internet. You need to try other means of knowing if your baby is getting enough milk. Accepting formula after being breastfed is not proof enough because babies generally like to suck. And you just might be teaching baby bad hunger cues and also putting your supply journey at risk because the more baby takes, the more your body produces. Breastfeeding is demand and supply, not a storage tank. He's just 11 days, my suggestions: 1. Ditch the formula until you are absolutely sure he's not feeding well at the breast 2. Nurse frequently, not pump, direct baby to breast. At least, every 2 hours and on demand 3. Check you baby's throat. You can totally tell when they are sucking well. When you first put them to breast, they do a quick suck motion. This is what stimulates your breast to release milk. When the breast milk starts to flow well, you'd see them take longer and bigger swallows, sometimes you can even hear it. 4. Let your instinct guide you Let us know how it goes and good luck mama! 12 Likes 1 Share |

GlamMrsO , does it hurt? You must have resumed sexual pleasure, does it hurt still? If it doesn't and you are sure through a mirror thorough vagina inspection that there is no hole there, please embrace your package, it might stop with time. Myself I had a very terrible tear when I had my son, till today @11months, I sometimes pass gas through my V especially when am lying down Sha. |
