One of my sister married a man who cannot impregnant a woman without her knowing.
The church are only concerned about HIV and Genotype, the are less concerned about fertility test. So along the one after 2years she knew the truth and she separated from him and remarried blessed with 2kids.

From my blood sisters experience I draw my conclusion to this argument.
I will personally request he gets me preg b4 marraige, if not no marriage.
