For me: Things I look out for is.

1.Selflessness - I hate that entitlement mentality.
2.Emotional Intelligence
3.Extremely passionate and spontaneous
4.Good sense of humour, someone that can make me laugh and also laugh when I tease her.
5. A bit reserved...I hate when women act sluttish... undecided
6. Stylish..!!
7. Career driven, but Family centred - I would like to have a well raised kids.

It maybe from your judgement of men..,...until we completely priotise those qualities on that list to the extent that we find them 'sexy' we will find it hard to not to compromise on what we need over what we want
