Not open to only salary earners, it's only common with salary earners because employers pay the whole or part of the premium.
.it's an health insurance program. You pay something regularly to them and they'd cover your medical bills. You can approach anyone of them for further details.

Mind you, there are different packages dependent on how much you pay so ask to know the benefit of your proposed package so no surprises at the hospital. They also have their own hospital list that you'd pick from depending on your premium/package.

Sometimes, before you ask a question, use the search option to check if it hasn't been addressed before. Nairaland has not yet started paying salaries, people have actual things to do and it's easy for your question to be missed, coming back with aggression makes things worse and reduces people's willingness to even help. A simple repost of your question and "Can someone who has an answer please respond" would have gotten you the help you need

Like others have said, to introduce other foods to an EBF baby takes a lot of patience, keep trying little by little,gradually he'll accept. Also consider other people feeding him/her apart from you

I don't just want to make the costly mistake again.. coupled with me being a health practitioner, I suffered so much embarrassment from people on having preg so early then.

I want to share my experiences cos I believe it will assist you in making a decision.
I and dh planned to have our second baby after the first clocked 5 but he does not want any form of birth control so I resulted to the rhythm method. (It took me 8 months to get a gang of it and coupled with the fact that my cycle is consistent) . That is the method I used all through the 13 years we had all our babies. I gave birth to my last baby this February. Before delivery, I have started singing fp to his hearing almost every time we are doing the do. He told me he is afraid of the many side effects : weight gain, cancer and all others.
I told him that previously you said it may affect conceiving and now, that we had stop child bearing you are coming up with another story. After so much going forth and back, he agreed that I should take a suitable one. So I opted for implanon which I did in March, till now, no side effect whatsoever.
In another news, I have a neighbour that went for fp without the consent of the hubby. The second baby is 12yrs old now.and they have been ttcing since she was 3 yrs old ( to the hubby sha. He didn't know that his wife is taking depo p.) After some years she started complaining of stomach ache and they were managing it at home. One day, she fainted, the hubby took her to their family doctor and that is where he got to know that she is on fp. To cut the story short, she lost her womb, her home and her children because she packed out of the house out of shame and the hubby does not gave her access to her kids.
My point is, if you can let him see reasons why you need it try to convince him. If he will not bulge, my dear, YOU first!! You need to be alive for your kids and your family and if you can adhere strictly to your safe period, you can try the rhythm method if he will be able to control his urges. If all this fails, A Yoruba adage goes thus "TO BA KO IWAJU SI E KO TA, TO BA KO EHIN SI E KO TA, TO BA KU IWO NIKAN, KO TUN ERO ARA RE PA. Men will be men!! That's my one cent.

I'm actually laughing at this your outburst you know what? Your second sentence @ bolded aptly answers your opening comment @ strike thru.

We could b busy with the kids or something else to respond immediately you ask so cut us some slack and be patient.

She packed out when the hubby was not around. It could be the man was victimizing her. People has tried to intervene but all effort has hit the dead end. Neither she nor the hubby has remarried. Their kids are now in secondary sch. I do arrange how she meet up with her kids sha . She visits them twice in a week.
