Baby acne clears by itself, baby is still too young to experiment with cream.
Just bath and don't apply anything to the face for now.

You may need to see your doctor for the pus at epi site! Pus is an indication of an infection and needs to be treated asap.

Observe strict hygiene by cleaning under there with disinfectant after every toilet use.

I wanted to ditch the formula but mum doing omuga will insist on formula. That the baby is staved, especially when he takes much formula after.

I will do as suggested.

Yeah, that is expected, our baby must not starve o. You just be sure that you aren't lactating well before introducing formula.

There's nothing wrong with formula but if it is your desire to breastfeed exclusively then it is good for you to try your best.

Continue with the abidec and see if there will be any improvement. However I don't thing there's any cause for alarm , she's gaining weight. The 60ml formula plus breast milk may be just enough for her.

Do you interchange breast and formula? How frequently does she feed? If she's gaining weight she's fine, don't let the quantity the tin says stress you out. My baby never took more than 180mls of formula even when the tin said he should have moved. To graduate from 150 sef was war. And weight is not our problem. Just feed on demand and monitor her schedule

She takes more of formula as I have resumed work and feeds every 3 to 4 hours.

I think babies are supposed to lose a lil weight the first few weeks of birth and then start gaining it back. I was also feeling that my princess was light weight but I got to know that the weight on the scale is what matters and not how the baby feel on ur hands. Above all what matters most is a healthy baby. 1.2kg is a good addition if you ask me.

Good you are air drying it,try baby tribotan or candid dusting powder or acne away.
If poos or number one,run warm water through and pat dry,sensitive sore skin don't usually like being rubbed.
However,if it is increasing badly with days,do take her to the hospital.

It could be a manifestation of an internal issue.
It could also come from the soap or cream.
It could also be an unexplained cause.

V u tried cacatin? It's good. Also try to be air drying her bombom once in a while and don't allow the pampers to be too soaked b4 changing.

Please I will appreciate all you experienced mothers suggestion on what I can do or give my 8 weeks old baby to boost her feeding pattern and weight gain.
I am not lactating well enough to exclusively breastfeed so I substitute mostly with formula (currently on SMA Gold) but she hardly takes more than 60mls per feed which has been her feeding capacity since week 1 of birth (I expect her appetite and consumption to have grown bigger by now).
Although she has gained 1.2kg since birth but still looks very small for her body length/height.
Please don't jump and pass my post as its really beginning to be of strong concern for me.

Since you've already introduced abidec don't think there's more you can do
Just feed on demand
Since the scale says she's adding weight don't bother yourself
With time you'll start seeing that she's gaining weight

Did he eat anything different or new to his menu or is he on any medication. Since it's not so frequent; I'd just mainly breastfeed until things go back to normal and after that, carefully monitor his feeding.
