Your username when applied to exercise is the best approach to weight loss. Exercise is not all about losing weight, other factors are involved. Have you never seen a fat person who you could swear had a sense of grace in the way they walked and talked? Hint: they exercise.

Fat athletes are also nothing new however unlike a fat person on the street they look different, almost attractive if not sexy sometimes.
What I'm getting at is: you don't need any weightloss pills or anything. If you're putting in the hard work you're doing 100% of what is needed. Getting in shape -- just like living -- is a marathon not a sprint.
